Change log file added
I had a request to add a change log file to the distribution. You can always find the latest version here: https://github.com/jks-prv/Beagle_SDR_GPS/blob/master/CHANGE_LOG
This link is also on the http://kiwisdr.com main page.
It will be easier to find out about changes and new features by looking at this file instead of wading through the entire Github commit log, a lot of which isn't relevant.
