HFDL [fixed in v1.679]
One very small issue I have noticed.
If I select HFDL and choose one of the 71 or 21MHz preset bands, the yellow station markers appear in the DX labels field.
However, when I zoom in they disappear, but reappear when I zoom out again.
For some reason, it only seems to affect these two bands.
It's not a big issue, just a bit strange.

I see what happened. When I manually added the ALE entries back to the EiBi A24 database the frequencies didn't get sorted properly. Strange things happen when the database is not stored in frequency-sorted order.
