MQTT
I notice that the latest versions of OpenWebRX Plus are now incorporating MQTT status and usage reporting.
The site admin at Weston has been using MQTT for all sorts of automation tasks, and it is how the external dynamic RF distribution attenuation and notch filters are controlled.
I'm not familiar with the protocols myself, but maybe it could be applied to the URL string tasks and status reporting, that various admins have requested in recent times.
SNR and users, seem to be the most obvious ones.
Just a passing thought...
