MSF Time decoder error

I was idly browsing through the Time Stations, using the time decoder function, when I found an error in the decoding for MSF.

I am only 100km or so from the transmitter, so get a strong signal. All the bits are received correctly, but the decoding ignores the 'Summer Time' flag. Even though the flag is set, the decoded readout gives what is now "British Summer Time", but claims that it is UTC.

Is there a simple fix?

    There is a long list of known problems with the timecode extension.

    The problem is always time and priority..
