SSB passband adjustment: suggested UI tweak

When adjusting the USB/LSB passband by shift-clicking the zoom in/out icons (magnifying glasses), both the upper and lower edges of the passband get changed. This can result in the passband extending beyond the carrier.

I think it would be an improvement if the edge nearest the carrier did not stray beyond it when the passband is adjusted by this method.

    I'm surprised this months-old post has no replies. This annoys me as well - increasing or decreasing the filter bandwidth should only move one end of the filter (the one farthest from the carrier) in LSB/USB/SAL/SAU mode.
