v1.482: better resistance to abusive connections (READ THIS PLEASE)

Letting your Kiwi auto-update to v1.482 will prevent it crashing from the abusive connections many have been experiencing lately.

But you must ALSO add two subnets to your admin IP address blacklist, otherwise the abusive connections will still adversely impact normal connections.

There are TWO ways to accomplish this:

  1. If you manually maintain specific entries in the IP address blacklist then simply append the subnets 34.0.0.0/8 and 35.0.0.0/8
  2. If you've never done this (i.e. you don't edit the blacklist manually) then on the admin page, "network" tab, click the "Download" button at the bottom of the page. This will automatically download the current global blacklist which includes the two new entries. That's all you need to do. No need to restart or reboot the Kiwi.
