Can't set Admin & User Access Passwords

I am setting up a brand new KiWi SDR. I am trying to set the Admin and User passwords. I type the passwords into the fields but I don't see any way to save the passwords. I rebooted the system and the password fields are now blank?

You have to type the "return" or "enter" key after making an entry into the boxed password field (same as for any other field). When the entry is accepted the field will flash green as a confirmation.
