I had this jammer broadcasting continuous with a solid signal so took a few shots at it with TDoA. Most of the locations landed at 38.60, -120.60 and thereabouts. 04:00utc, Sept. 9, 2019. But sometimes it was located east of Winnemucca, NV, which seemed strange.
