Yep. An unfortunate bug that was introduced but then masked by some other unrelated debug settings that were removed later on. So it passed all the testing. Fix coming in today's update.

Is DX label editing supported in some form? My Admin->DX still prints 'TODO:'

shift-click on a label in the regular user interface (i.e. not the admin interface). It will prompt you for the admin password before allowing any changes (unless you have local network bypass mode set).
