I read the css-tricks site about inputmode (https://css-tricks.com/everything-you-ever-wanted-to-know-about-inputmode/) and decided "decimal" was more appropriate then "tel".

I'm not sure what SNR lists you're talking about. Remember, I don't run any of them. I don't know how they work or how to change them. You have to ask their authors, not me.

@W1RC You might want to do a manual frequency calibration. Instructions are on the admin page, bottom of the "config" tab. You might want to do this if you find the ADC XO is far enough off-frequency, due to room temperature, its intrinsi…

The factory installs v1.2 (one point two) of the software. When you get the Kiwi power it up while connected to a network with Internet access. Let it auto update to the latest software version (v1.518 as of today). That process takes about an hour.…

I think with v1.518 you shouldn't need to use the "m" or "mobile" URL parameters with your TV. Let me know if not..

Should be fixed in v1.518

Your Kiwi is listed on rx.kiwisdr.com now. It always takes a little time to show up. map.kiwisdr.com takes longer and the SNR sites even longer (I don't admin any of them). This is the traceroute from proxy.kiwisdr.com to the last hop before your ro…

I didn't follow everything you said (I've got a million things on my plate today). But this is entirely normal: http://gti.proxy.kiwisdr.com:8073 : YES http://83.232.58.20:8073 : NO The first is an incoming connection to your Kiwi, successfully goin…

Okay, I think you're right -- your photo actually does show the entire message. Now that I know what your TV browser sends I can add it to the code that automatically switches to mobile mode. So you won't have to add "m" or "mobile&qu…

kiwisdr.com sees no recent registration requests. Nothing since the one from about 9 hours ago. I have no idea why a valid public ip isn't being sent. I think this means there is some local network issue but it very difficult to say what it is. Can …

What does your comment mean? Does it mean you tried forcing mobile mode by adding "m" or "mobile" to the URL? (e.g. my_kiwi:8073/?m)
-
I also need to see the very last part of that message.
-
The last time the proxy saw a registration request was on 3 may at 10:37:59 UTC. Your Kiwi was running v1.516 at that time. The only problem was it didn't send a valid public ip address during that particular registration. The previous time (2 mat 1…

@ArturPL For your Samsung TV, when running v1.515 or later, on the admin page status tab what is shown after the "Browser:" entry?
-
I think the L/R channels are swapped in v1.517 Please let me know if you think it worked or not.

For the US about the only place is the terribly overpriced https://www.onlinecomponents.com/en/seeed-technology/114991251-52196779.html

The C-QUAM idea is all due to contributed code from Github user MaPePeR. So we have them to thank. I'll see if I can reverse the channels. https://github.com/jks-prv/Beagle_SDR_GPS/issues/395

Okay, I emailed 2E0MAH and DL7APJ. I was able to reach both of those Kiwis by using the public ip address that gets sent to kiwisdr.com along with the (incorrect in this case) local ip that was specified on the admin page, connect tab. The next rele…

Here's 1390 WBBZ, Seymour, IN, USA, which does transmit C-QUAM, showing the 25 Hz pilot tones. You don't see this on any non C-QUAM station. The Kiwi waterfall at zoom level 14 has about 1.8 Hz resolution per bin. Everyone forgets the Kiwi can do th…
-
@ShaneBrook AFAIK, the only way to do that is to detect the 25 Hz pilot tone.

Email your list to support@kiwisdr.com Sometimes I can find identifying info on the kiwisdr.com registration server that is not reflected on the rx.kiwisdr.com page (although not always).

The next version will include some debugging messages which will allow us to determine precisely what browser your TV is using and why the Kiwi code isn't doing the correct thing.
-
Yeah, it's a bug. A fix is just waiting for the next release.
-
Fixed in v1.514. This was because code inherited from the photo upload feature allowed uploading from the local network only. I took that restriction out. But uploading your .csv file uncovered a bug with handling UTF-8 .csv files. This has also bee…

In v1.514 I increased the ban retry limit from 2 to 5.
-
If a 24hr time limit is in effect then an ip address auto-ban occurs if an incorrect time limit exemption password is entered more than once or the page is refreshed more than twice. So entering the correct exemption password the first time will not…

If you're connecting from a browser on the same network as the Kiwi (e.g. 192.168.1.xxx) then you should be exempt from the timeout even if you have it setup on the admin "control" tab (inactivity time limit).
-
Also, Firefox 99.0 is current. You might want to try updating if you're really running 88.
-
Next time it happens I'd be interested to know what happens if you do a temporary "disable all plugins" in Firefox and try it again. And then with and without a few times to see if the behavior tracks.

What browser? What browser version? Desktop or mobile? Have you tried other browsers? Other computers? Problem seen on more than one computer?
