I purchased 2 FT240 rings based on Powenumpty's message, and they delivered an improvement. Thanks.

Update. Purchased a BBAI to replace a BBG. The installation process failed at 'make install'. It was looking for lightdm service to disable, which was not installed with my flasher image. So I installed it with 'sudo apt install lightdm', and then '…

Now working. Thanks John for your excellent support.

Further to KA7OEI's post, I have a new BBAI and have encountered the same error when trying to install a Kiwi today. Installation in 2019 went without a hitch. make[2]: Leaving directory '/root/Beagle_SDR_GPS' clang++-7 -Dv1_390 @../build/gen/Makef…

Worked fine on Radio Kuwait on 15110 kHz earlier, and presently on All India Radio on 7550 kHz. Thanks for the addition. (Image)

I ran into the timestamps issue as well and could not get a correct delay value. I moved on to other modes, but I still retain an interest in receiving EbNaut with the KiwiSDR if it is possible.

Stefan, perhaps a new topic on the subject of Ebnaut decoding? I have also tried without success - perhaps due to incorrect post-processing of the output audio file. http://abelian.org/ebnaut/software_linux.shtml

https://www.g0luj.com/?p=13 I've been there before. The above advice is correct - the KiwiSDR will not provide the fineness of adjustment you require. You should correct in the downconverter if you can.

If you need to reflash the eMMC, the production eMMC flash image is here: https://github.com/beagleboard/beaglebone-ai/wiki/System-Reference-Manual#223-rev-a1a Currently testing. Stable circa 31C with two fans and top cover off the case. Construct…

Powernumpty - No, I did not find a reason why my system went down last month, but my suspicion was network or power supply issues rather than external factors. I've reconfigured everything and I'm now keeping a close eye on it.

The driver wont compile here. Make is aborting at '/lib/modules/4.4.9-ti-r25/build: No such file or directory. Stop.' Suspect the kernel also.

I'm following along after receiving 3 D-Link DWA-131 dongles today - I have got the same results as Martin so far, no success.

I use this: http://ecom.eladit.com/ASA-15-Active-Antenna-Splitter-1-Antenna-5-Receivers/en Manual with data: http://sdr.eladit.com/ACCESSORIES/ASA-15/datasheet%20asa15.pdf It's more than you need, but it performs well and covers from 9 kHz - 70 MH…

2 Kiwis - 14 bands using Kiwiwspr v1.1g.

I'm using a TL-WR702N (predecessor of TL-WR802N), a 5 port 5V metal cased switch https://tinyurl.com/y88dtmgy to 3 KiwiSDRs. It's easy to setup and has proven reliable.

As WA2ZKD mentioned, the Nooelec AM bandstop can be helpful and is reasonably priced. The level of attenuation is modest so I run two in series for more effect. The main benefit is lowering strong AM signals in the -20/-30 dB range down to -40/-50 d…

Thanks John. It would have taken me a long time to find that extra parenthesis. All working now. Cause of error: KiwiSDR 8073 was already configured for the remote site. KiwiSDRs 8074 and 8075 had to have their location details updated, by taking t…
