Yes, I have used them too, but unfortunately on this occasion it doesn't seem to be low frequency common mode noise that can be mitigated with galvanic isolation.
It's something odd being emitted from the RF input stage, as I can see it on the spectrum analyser at home.
I don't know the exact mechanism at the moment, but I'm still investigating.

I have had similar issues and was able to resolve with a T1-1 (mini circuits) right at the input of the kiwi. I use these in front of all of my kiwi.
