A few notes:

• It seems to work, but this is a big change. So it is likely there will be some problems. Consider it a beta test.
  
• The first time you switch to the 8 channel configuration the TDoA channel limit will still be set at 4 (or less). So re-adjust it accordingly.
  
• Having eight simultaneous connections has been tested and seems to work fine. This includes connections via the external kiwirecorder software.
  
• It is not clear how well running 8 WSPR extension sessions would fare. There would likely be a serious shortage of Beagle CPU cycles causing the decoding process to run out of time on busy bands. Rob, AI6VN, has already demonstrated a superior solution using a script to connect multiple Kiwi channels via kiwirecorder to separate instances of WSPR-X running on better hardware. The RX8WF2 configuration was developed primarily to make the Kiwi more efficient for Rob's WSPR projects as well as helping to increase the pool of TDoA channels.
  
• Speaking of TDoA, we'll probably have to get buy-in from individual Kiwi owner/admins to have them change from RX4WF4 to RX8WF2 mode. Not everyone will want to do this and it probably makes sense to have a mix of configurations available publicly.
  
• The audio FFT replacing the waterfall/spectrum will be similar to the existing "audio integration" extension. Essentially a 1024-point FFT on the fixed 12 kHz audio passband.
  

New from pryiom.org is rx.linkfanel.net, an alternative to sdr.hu/map that features color coded Kiwi status and a day/night map overlay.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the rules of the hosting website". We are completely indebted to those Kiwi owners who have chosen to make their SDRs publicly available. Often at considerable difficulty and expense. There are no specific requirements to be listed on sdr.hu or the other websites concerning availability or configuration. We have implemented many features in the software, mostly at their request, to allow limitations in how their Kiwi is used by the public (e.g. number of available channels, inactivity timeouts and connect time limits).

Only about 10% of the Kiwis sold are publicly listed currently. Unpublished Kiwis are available over the Internet to those who have the URL and password (we know of radio clubs and special interests groups that do this). New features such as the recent TDoA capability depend on a large and geographically diverse set of SDRs. Growth outside Europe and North America is starting to accelerate and we sincerely hope the trend continues. Every public Kiwi is valuable, despite what you might think, because of variations in antenna, local noise and GPS performance. We encourage everyone to participate if they can.

Alright, it was really rushed, but v1.208 is out. I hope not too many things are broken. From the change log file:

    Commas in frequency entry field work again (broken since keyboard shortcuts added).
    Can now quickly change passband via entry in frequency entry field:
        Type "freq/pbw" or just "/pbw" where pbw is the passband width in Hz
        or the low and high edges with "low,high".
        Examples:
        1234.56             set f=1234.56 as usual
        1234,56             set f=1234.56 using comma as decimal separator
        234.56/1200         set f=234.56 and pbw=1200 around current pb center
        /600                set pbw=600
        /300,3000           set pb=(300,3000) i.e. usb 2700 Hz wide
        7255/-2600,-300     set f=7255 and pbw=(-2600,-300) i.e. lsb 2300 Hz wide
        [/nnn doesn't adjust about current pb center if center is non-zero -- will be fixed in v1.209]

    TDoA extension improvements:
        New URL parameter "submit:" that will automatically start TDoA on webpage load.
            e.g. ...?ext=tdoa,submit:,F1JEK,DL6ECS,SWL/JO21JN,DCF77
            There is a 6 second delay allowing the initial status inquiries to complete.
        6 character grid square used for ID instead of old "KiwiNNN" (Thanks Martin).
        Duplicate IDs distinguished by appending /N to the ID (N = 2,3,...)
        Multiple Kiwis reporting identical locations on map dithered slightly so all are visible.
        More reliable communications protocol with server should prevent hangs.
        Submit button changes to a stop button while TDoA running (feature may still have bugs).
        "Most likely position" marker now shown on result maps.
            This in addition to reference position if one has been specified.
        Most likely position lat/lon shown at panel top along with cyan Google map link.
            Triple-click on lat/lon value to copy/paste.
        Green link icon at panel top has URL with current TDoA extension configuration:
            Right-click while hovered on link to create configuration bookmark or
            click to open in a new tab/window (less useful).
            Link is continuously updated as map is changed, host list changed etc.
        After sampling each host shows a download icon for the recorded .wav IQ file.
