I was just watching a bot on one of my systems. The same IP# was "in" Beijing during one frequency then "in" Taipei on it next frequency. Perhaps they're not in that region at all!

if your only concern is 252 you just need a notch

I have made pretty effective notches using MS75085 fixed inductors and series capacitance compised of parallel silver mics fixed caps and a 35 pf trimmer cap. I followed that filter with one made with T50 core wound inductors and found little if an…

I'd consider JRC to be top of the line, here are their specs http://www.jrc.co.jp/eng/product/lineup/jss2150/pdf/JSS-2150-2250-2500.pdf

I wonder if the "official" RX stations can decode the off freq at all. If not, the safety is compromised by the poor TX. +/- 10 Hz seems to be the common spec amongst the commerical radio OEM

The world is up to 4G now but both 3 and 4G incorporate Link Protection which makes decoding a problem. My recollection of all the particulars of 2G is foggy but here a few thoughts: there is no standard for the station addresses other than length o…

This shows the official stuff but linked stations are also free to send other forms of traffic once linked. http://hflink.com/standards/FED_STD_1045A.pdf

Update: my 8073 box came back. Looking harder at the 8075 now. In both user and admin pages they load but no content. Update: 8075 came back too My guess is that I peaked at just the wrong moments of the upgrade process that even on my BBAI system…

John , beware of the northern nulls... don't have your gps on a northern exposure. The null position varies with your longtiude. https://forum.kiwisdr.com/uploads/554/9IJ7FC5VQ47R.png

both 80 and 60m have sub-bands that can't be decoded within a single dtection BW. IWhy there's 2, a long story. Why we call them 60 and 60eu and 80 and 80eu is just a convention that was assumed within the kiwi community. 3.57 3.59 5.28 5.36

I have MWBC notch filters on all my kiwi systems and if you look at jimlill.com:8073 in the evening, you'd never know there were filters. Without them, I have OV ~100% of the time.

ADC OV Composite signal strength may be a factor, how many other big sigs are you receiving? Don't assume compliance! Is your kiwi public?

I just home home and found that kick worked OK from my desktop

Is it practical to imprement a Broadcast Announcement function from an admin Tab to notify all users online?
-
cookies or cache?
-
thanks for quick response!
-
the non-display of scheduled labels at times of the day means going in and out of the admin page for maintenance. How about a right-click in user mode to see those not currently displayed?
-
OK this time around..... thanks
