a daemon in the BBG that watches the users and kicks them based upon a rule set would do it
-
Of course it is very dependent on condx, today I did 1000 on 20M in 12 hours

all spots

mine was doing that for a time yesterday... then became normal again

oh swell, the 1200i uses a DSP for full digital control of a PS. You're lucky to have a cooperative neighbor!

My "linchpin" station is no longer listed due to some GPS or ? foible

I have a Pixel active loop which I choose to help minimize AMBC OV at my QTH. Even a passive antenna can get whacked here and so I use notches in the AM band. The loop does help null some of the ones I don't notch.

I have one of those 40 dB antennas I posted a link to above and have it split 4 ways after 25 foot for LMR240 and still have excess signal

I have seen TX loop radiators made from fiberglass rod covered by tubular copper braid. Very rugged in the wind

I am currently working with friends to get systems working in Singapore and NE Maine project is slow. Neither friend is a radio buff :-(

It's hard to assess the user as Fremont CA station is the server and could be anyone who pointed it toward me.

My professional HF efforts are about 95% NVIS. It is not unusual to have multiple skywave components but also groundwave out 100's of KM. My work involves use of waveforms that accommodate doppler and multipath so operation is still possible but t…

Martin, could add which RX you used on those?
-
Marco added a scheme in his SNR plot to save the state of some "bad" stations in the local cookies. Perhaps something similar could be added in the TDoA scheme to save preferred stations with a Preferred/All toggle
-
FOM might be a score derived from successful results in a previous TDoA run. I am frustrated how poor many stations are in CONUS, that is ones that lack adequate sensitivity and relative freedom from spurs. The problem with too many is a bad anten…

how about a pause function

@W1EUJ after trying to use stations in the Northeast, I get a better appreciation of your linchpin comment!

This tool helps with RX selection http://ve3sun.com/KiwiSDR/index.php?TXcall=CHU%20Ottawa&TXfrequency=3330am&TXlatitude=45.0753605&TXlongitude=-94.3082902&propagationTX=1

FWIW.... Rob's script etc. runs smoothly here. I added some band control via cron scripting to best use available channels on propagating bands. My 2 kiwi have different filter schemes so it helps with that also. I was going to add some antenna sw…

I was able to get within 2 miles of WCBS. CHU results are improving, now within 150 miles
-
I just got WCBS within 2 miles! I keep trying for CHU at 3330 but find that there is a lack of good stations with prop to there
-
Linchpin! :o

perfect!

Does the kiwi "announce" itself before the first fix or does it delay a bit? I see TFF values of < 1 minute on any kiwi I have with GPS
