Anyway I'm pretty sure its the downconverter that is toast I did some more experimenting with it yesterday even soldered the power directly to the wire it needed for power and its dead. Yet I plug in my rasperry PI running a spyserver and an RTLSDR Dongle and I get signals all over the place. Those are all aircraft within 2Mhz.. this area is FULL of comms all over the spectrum. A smorgasbord of aviation goodness.
