TDoA doesn't work with a mix of Kiwis using v1.212 and earlier versions

It looks like the new update breaks TDoA. Messes up the timestamp timing I'm pretty sure.
Give me a while to look at it.

    So this is only an issue when TDoA is done using sampling Kiwis running a mix of v1.212 and earlier versions (e.g. v1.211) That means this problem will get better over the next 24 hours as more Kiwis update to v1.212

    The TDoA map no longer shows otherwise eligible Kiwis if they are running earlier than v1.212 to prevent this problem. So if you don't have auto-update enabled you might want to manually update to v1.213
