I/Q recording and playback

Has anybody done anything with recording the I/Q and then playback later via something like Audacity?

I don't think Audacity is designed to us I/Q audio. HDSDR or Dream is what I use to play those files back.

I "think" Spectrum Lab can do it, just need to figure out the exact settings...
