Just taken delivery of the above. But having problems accessing the my kiwi site. My router currently is a BT HALO HUB 2. The. message i get is

No KiwiSDR(s) found for your public IP address: 86.190.77.188

If necessary, temporarily disable any VPN or private relay service for this computer

(the one running the browser) so your actual public IP address can be found.

If enabled, a Kiwi registers itself on my.kiwisdr.com whenever it restarts.

Click button below to search again matching a wider range of public IP addresses.

i.e. the /24 subnet 86.190.77.0 to 86.190.77.255

Use this if your ISP changes your public IP address frequently and

you're not finding the Kiwis you expect.

  • Hi Paul. I sent you an email a few hours ago. What's the serial number of your Kiwi? Reply via email to support@kiwisdr.com instead of here if you like.

  • So the problem here was a Kiwi purchased from a distributor that was old enough it didn't have the two boards (Kiwi, Beagle) held together via the two nylon standoffs. Vibration in transit was enough to separate the two header connectors such that the Kiwi board was not seen by the Beagle. The Beagle itself was working fine.

Re-seating the Beagle onto the Kiwi board was all that was necessary to get it working. But it took us a while to realize this had occurred.
