Stopped receiving signals- Why is that

So, If you use my kiwisdr, you'll notice there is not one signal across that band. I changed antenna and still nothing. And, I did not change 1 setting. I unplugged it for a few days and this defect occurred after plugging back in. Anyone familiar with this problem and knows how to fix it? Thanks Mark W3ILT
