Wouldn't Azimuth 318° be towards Russia?
It's S9+30dB on the Moscow kiwi. S9+40dB on the Irkutsk kiwi.
True, I didn't spend a lot of time on it, as I was scanning the bands having a coffee before work, and noticed how strong this signal was.
Next time it comes up that strong, ill launch TDoA and do a bit more research.
Ill take my tinfoil hat off now :-D
