Is my kiwi's public IP on a blocklist for kiwisdr.com? All of a sudden I cannot hit kiwisdr.com, the kiwi will not register publicly, and it also will not appear on any of the lists/sites that pull from kiwisdr.com. I can still hit the forum server just fine though.

Try now. That IP was in the ban list for too many 404s over too short a time.
I thought that might be why. I was looking at some old kiwi articles which apparently all had the same dead links in them.
