  There was more trouble with incorrect ip address banning by kiwisdr.com when certain Kiwi webpages were viewed by some browsers. So it is possible your ip was banned which would have prevented any access to kiwisdr.com (e.g. map.kiwisdr.com). There has been a fix and the ban list cleared. So please try again.
