v1.21 oops [blank numeric fields on admin page cause crash]

I noted the freq range option added to v1.21 so wanted to try it.  I put in 10 KHz and then restarted things.  WSPR would only allow 23 cm choice even though waterfall showed 20M band. Went back send 10 to what I thought was a blank field, now the server won't start!
