NAT Port Mapping
How do I resolve this issue?
Does kiwisdr.com successfully connect to your Kiwi using these URLs?
If both respond "NO" then check the NAT port mapping on your router.
If first responds "NO" and second "YES" then domain name of the first
isn't resolving to the ip address of the second. Check DNS.
Both mine say no and I cannoct connect from the internet into my KiwiSDR, though I can connect on my network.

Can you manually set up port forwarding on your router, to allow external connections ?

Is this a Kiwi-2? If so you should be able to connect at (serial number).proxy.kiwisdr.com from the Internet or even your local network. Also, is your Kiwi seen if you go to the site my.kiwisdr.com ?
Figured out my own Question and for anyone else with an AT and T Nokia BGW320-505 unit, here is what you do. On your router you have a de4fault address to get into your router. Select Firewall on the top line and NAT/Gaming on the line below. Even though you are not gaming you have to select this tab. On the page before the one shown, down at the bottom it says Manage Custom Services with a button that says Custom Services. Clicking that gets you to the page shown. Name your KiwSDR, put in the Global Port Range 8073-8073. Base host port 8073 and leave protocol at the default. Click the add button. This adds it to the draw down list. Hit the button on this page that says Return to NAT/Gaming.
On the previous page pull down from the lists.
Service will be what you named your Kiwi and device will be kiwisdr.
Shown below, I am drawing down to open port 8075.
I'm Technically Capable so I figured out my own since there was no direct help and if I saved someone else some heartache and headache, so be it.
...figured out my own since there was no direct help...
I asked you a couple of questions, made a suggestion, and got no response?
