Changing photo

Hello, I am trying to change the photo on the Kiwi, I changed it previously which worked ok, but trying to change it again doesn't seem to work for some reason. I am following the instructions given in the operating instructions eg 350 pixels for the height.

    After using the "browse" button did the status message say "upload successful"? Did you reload the user connection before look for the photo to change? Did you use a supported file format like .jpg?

    I just tried it here using v1.820 and it worked fine.

    Thanks for replying. I have tried again after many attempts and this time it has come up with " upload successful", but I have no idea why it worked this time. It is a jpeg, 525 X 350 pixels. Many thanks.
