MLA30+ Antenna 'Mod'

I thought I would share a small mod I made to my MLA30+ (Which I replaced recently after a minor issue which we wont talk about)

I was looking for something a bit more substantial than the thin stainless wire that comes with the kit, and reached out to an electrician to see if he had some heavy copper cable, and he had some 6mm (1.4inch) copper tube used in domestic heat pumps / aircon units.

Anecdotally, there appears to be some improvement in signal strength, because I can now listen to some DRM stations much better than before, and many other signals have improved.

Anyway, feast your eyes. The circle is a little better that that, the pic is a little distorted.
