IP Location Name

On the status tab, I saw someone in Brazil connected with the kiwisdr receiver it said: no identity, the IP address and the location of Brazil. But then on users tab after he disconnected it did show no identity, IP address (186.195.11.162) but location was blank. So this must be a glitch in the software. I get quite a few users that on the users tab it does not say any location, it's blank.
