kiwirecorder v1.4 released

Release v1.4 integrates the "netcat" functionality previously available only in kiwi_nc.py into kiwirecorder. See the --netcat option and associated parameters via make help.

Also added: --busy-timeout and --busy-retries as mentioned in a recent thread.

Update from the Github repo to get these changes.
