They're distorted badly here (EN35ka) too.
[I never thought I'd be saying this seriously but ] They seem to be on frequency compared to GPS constellation here in Fort Collins at 1440 UTC.
Perhaps whatever you saw has been repaired? If not, I can get hold of Matt....
