/status report and OV indication

Hi John,

For some time we have been polling the OV indication contained in the url /status report at 20 second intervals, in order to automate some external filter and attenuator switching.

Although I've not been able to confirm this personally, it has been reported to me that the adc_ov= count doesn't work unless the KiWi actually has an active user.

Do you know if this is intended, or are we doing something wrong ?
