TDoA code? Alternative TDoA server?

Hi,

going through the Kiwi source code I noted that the TDoA requests are submitted to a tdoa.kiwisdr.com server. Is this correct? Where can I find the TDoA code? Is it open source?

Would be nice to learn more about it, and it would be nice to be able to set up additional TDoA servers :-)
