How should I read the SNR scores?

For the SNR scores posted on http://rx.linkfanel.net/snr.html

What does it mean? Internal(new) Internal HF(new) and External(classic) what do they mean? My node is missing external scores. Why? Do I need to run something to get it?

    IMO, the SNR values can be misleading. I have noted systems with great numbers that have limited usefulness due to be ridden with a lot of discrete spurs.
