Connection time error
FWICT this problem appeared between 1.454 and 1.460. All the connection below were started within 10 secs of each other and remained untouched.

Because the channel# / frequency pairing have been shuffled this is most likely a case where all the connections were dropped and then reconnected (for whatever reason). And rx11/12 in your first image dropped and reconnected again separately later on.
We've seen this situation before. You'd have to check the logs to be sure.
OK... may be a wsprdaemon thing then... although I'd not seen it prior to an upgrade to 1.460
