I think it is a new frequency of Voice of China (if I have translated correctly from Cantonese) not having found it, in the databases and transmitting only instrumental music.

    CNR has been known to change/add frequencies very frequently. Since the database from drmrx.org is now primary you might also register on their forum and report observations there: https://www.drmrx.org/forum

    The other possibility is to use Twitter and tweet loggings with the tag #drmlog Following that tag is also a good way to keep up on recent changes observed by others.
