Decoding a kiwisdr + down-converter for 2m

in WSPR, wsprdaemon, kiwirecorder
When I want to listen to a distant kiwi which uses an down-converter for 2m band
if I configure in WD a KIWI_0 receiver with the 2m option the remote kiwi adds the offset (116M) to the frequency I want to decode = 260490.5 as wsprdaemon user
In the meantime I changed the frequency of the 2m in WSPR_BAND_LIST to 28489, but the recording in wsprnet is wrong, what is the right setup?

    In fact the frequency sent by kiwirecorder to the remote KIWI is correct but KIWISDR adds the offset value to the frequency the recording does not correspond to the request and the decoding does not succeed

    RX0: local wspr aurtorun
    RX1: I changed the frequency of the 2m in WSPR_BAND_LIST to 28489
    RX2: direct web connection
    RX3: kiwirecorder with command from PI below with any change.

    Does anyone have the solution
