  Yes I have done it on Windows 10. Used it with Sodira to decode AM Stereo/CQUAM on a remote receiver. After you have your VAC installed, you need to designate the output from your browser to use one of the VAC's. See: https://www.howtogeek.com/352787/how-to-set-per-app-sound-outputs-in-windows-10/
