Half Channel DRM unidentified station
Another which station is this question!!
Picked up an unscheduled DRM transmission in English this morning. 01/25/2019, 16:46:00utc, on 13690.00kHz. The signal fades in and out, but when it is in, it decodes in the Dream receiver quite well. It is interesting as it is the first DRM signal I've found that is modulating the upper side band and carriers only on the lower side band, or at least that is the way I would describe it. I made an audio file and linked to it below this text and above the photo of the desktop.
