Found this one, and TDOA makes it near Kingston. Periodically making a lot of odd noises.

and just like that its gone.. and now back and never mind .. once it started broadcasting I recognized the sound and tried a fax. Yep its a fax..

It's NMF Boston, which I think is transmitted from Otis Air National Guard Base 41°38'30.0"N 70°33'00.0"W

The ITU seem to think it is too, but we could both be wrong, as they have a tendency to move TX sites around and not update records.

I'll check again and actually look at the fax it should have something identifying on it. Signal was in and out today
