10ch receiver mode ?

Hi John,

Happy New Year.

Now that you have been playing around with the FGPA's once again and have provided a 3ch 20KHz BW mode.............

How about a 10ch no waterfall (other than audio FFT) mode for those folks who just use the KiWi for channel monitoring purposes, ideally with VAD :-), or digital mode logging via a RASPi or similar ?

Just a thought that may also be appreciated by all those commercial (non public) KiWi users out there.

Regards,

Martin - G8JNJ

  • OK, if we are asking, how about a 2 ch 30 KHz mode for those chasing the new 24 KHz WB waveforms

Absolutely impossible. Because I've run out of cute little icon critters to add to the admin mode page.

But seriously, I'll look into it..

  • For the Ten ....

  • Nice..
  • The critter icon is the most critical part of any new receiver mode implementation! @Powernumpty, did you intend for their beaks to form an "X", the Roman numeral for 10? Nice!

Correct "crittercon" implementation is something sadly missing in so many projects.
It's good the see John give the full treatment.
