add option to: Restrict Kiwi to ham bands only!

Hi @jks,

Can you make a function in kiwi to access just ham bands and broadcast frequencies?

i know of masked band segments but i was thinking of something in the admin panel.

    Some countries and administrations are more restrictive than others, so it is a valid requirement.

    The current 'masking' option can facilitate this if required, so I'm not sure what else is needed.

    I think if it was me, and there was a 'political' reason for needing to use such a function where I lived, I don't think I would be take the risk of operating a public KiWi under such circumstances.

    However, your mileage may vary.
