Disable abuse [multiple connections from the same ip, fixed]

Can implement a maximum number of simultaneus conections at the same time by an ip? So, a user cannot connect with 4 windows and take full sdr capacity.

    Yes, I could consider adding something like that. Pretty soon we're going to have twenty options on the admin page trying to defeat all possible scenarios, lol
