sends a long T and a short E with other data lurking. What is it? Quite loud here in NY at 1700Z

James, I have a signal here tonight that might be described as long T and short E but without the character spacing. I think it is called Link 11. http://www.sigidwiki.com/wiki/Link-11

Link-11 frequently appears in pairs separated by approx 3.6KHz

When tuned to using USB, the lower dial frequency of the pair tends to be XXXX.7 and the upper frequency tends to be XXXY.3
