Log Notes

Is the admin the only one who can see the log notes? How about displaying those if a LOG flag is clicked on, not just on mouse over alone

    No, the label/tag notes will popup for any user. Clicking on a label jumps to that frequency so displaying the notes as well is probably too much result for one UI action. You should have seen the popup during mouse-over anyway.
