Manual update

Hi - how can i manually update my KiwiSDR please?  The auto update process seems to think I don't have an internet connection:

Nov  9 09:58:26 kiwisdr kiwid: 18:14:36 ....      UPDATE: force update check by admin

Nov  9 09:58:29 kiwisdr kiwid: 18:14:39 ....      UPDATE: checking for updates

Nov  9 09:58:29 kiwisdr kiwid: 18:14:39 ....      UPDATE: no Internet access?

I'm currently running v1.2 - I can git fetch so know that part is working - but how do I build / install the latest?

Bit more info:  I found a update.cpp and tried the wget in the 'check update' section:

wget --no-check-certificate https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jks-prv/Beagle_SDR_GPS/master/Makefile -O Makefile.1

converted 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jks-prv/Beagle_SDR_GPS/master/Makefile' (ANSI_X3.4-1968) -> 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jks-prv/Beagle_SDR_GPS/master/Makefile' (UTF-8)

More digging required!

Looks like my ISP (Virgin Media UK) DNS  was out of date .. I've changed to google's name servers and wget now works ... time to try and update!

We had another customer in Australia with this same problem: local ISP (Telstra) had a bad DNS cache entry for raw.githubusercontent.com It was resolving to a completely incorrect address!

I should probably add some code to detect that situation.
