Is this some sort of Spread Spectrum / Frequency Hopping?

Just happened to notice this spectrum (attached image) with two "offset dashed lines".  I can't wrap my elderly brain around what sort of transmission this might be.  I am curious if anyone recognizes the "signature".

Interesting, thanks.  I know I have heard what must be the same type transmission occasionally while in qso on CW, just a very short blip.
