Since the main interference comes from the electrical wiring, you can try installing such a filter. As far as possible from the entrance of the electrical wiring in a private house.
Its stopped now. It looks like a cheap sine wave inverter - as I've had this before running one at home........... not pure sine wave, pure evil.
