Digital signal / 40mtr Ham band?
Was surfing through the Ham bands and spotted this:
You can see the signal coming in and out.
It then just stopped

Then it started up again with a different pattern and sound.
It's an amateur Slow Scan TV SSTV calling frequency.
Listen between approximately 7033 and 7085kHz, and you will hear lots of other strange sounding digital modes.

Oh cool. Now I know, I will use the SSTV decoder next time.
