Now my KiwiSDR2 is stuck in lost connection cycle

I've tried a different psu thinking it could be that the PSU was not supplying enough current, but the kiwi is stuck in "Server has closed connection. Will retry.". it comes up for about 5 seconds, then it repeats endlessly, Does not give enough time to press any buttons. Anyone else getting this?
