KIWI audio problem

My KIWI server starts OK
Ports LAN and WAN working
I can access my KIWI remotely.
I have a waterfall display and verified signals.
My problem is that I recover no audio, JUST WHITE NOISE.
What settings did I scrrew up?

    What OS/Browser, have you muted it (keyboard M) or on the browser tab, what modes?

    It's a local problem.... routing issue.... I have helped him

    White noise? How could a routing problem cause white noise? I'd like to know more about this. If packets are getting dropped with the audio in compression mode (the default) that might do it I suppose.

    He'll have to explain it. I can access his remote unit NP, He can access mine NP. But yet, depending on how he routes (his report), he has the white noise issue.

    He should try turning off compression and see if things change ("Comp" button on Audio tab of main control panel).
